I could not agree with you more. You have to just break out of the "accepted norm"….That's not what we've been called to. There's so much more out there for us than we could ever ask or think.

I also knew that you and I had a lot in common, especially the "What? Did you just say it can't be done? Oh yea? JUST WATCH ME" factor about us. It's something that is just ingrained in our very makeup I believe. Here's to a bright future and a flourishing friendship between us !

This may be a old post, but this post will never get old!! My dear friend! I've always had this innate knowing that you deserve honor & respect for the woman you are, but never knew it this deeply, until now! As I read this post, my knowing of who you are is so profound that I just want to hug you this moment and tell you how very proud I am of you and your accomplishments! So much of what you've written resonates with me to the core! I was famous for saying "status quo is for wimps. If you accept it into your life you will live a life of status quo!" I could go on for days on this subject, instead, I will plainly state, if you align yourself in a group where you are the best, the most, the greatest, the smartest, etc., you need to reach higher or you will remain in "status quo" ~ Reach for the stars, do as Robin mentioned above "You have to OWN your situation. Own it and conquer it." and if and when ~ "they" ~ say you can't, tell them, watch me & go for it!!

Hey Robin, this is an awesome post. I have noticed what you said about wahm. I am going to put my mind to it and do it. It's funny that you mentioned selling your house. I live in an old farmhouse in constant renovation. It has no dishwasher and there are 6 of us in a 3 bedroom 1 bath. I keep telling my husband we need to move but he keeps telling me the house won't sell for what we owe because of the economy.____Your post has inspired me to make the decision and it will happen. All by myself. Oh yeah, he also keeps telling me that there's no way that I can make as much money with my writing as he does at his professional job. Guess what my goal is? To match his salary in the next two years.

Thank you Craig. This post started as a reply to a friend who was feeling 'out of sorts.' I don't know how it got where it is…but I think it needed to be said. You are an awesome and insightful friend. I'm so glad you are on my team (and that I'm on yours).
